There is a good possibility Cezar Guerrero is one of the best point guards on the West Coast but no one got to see him play this season because he transferred to Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco and had to sit out his junior year. He'll get his chances in the next few months to once again establish himself as one of the best point guards in the country.
