Mitty tops No. 1 St. Francis

Late game heroics. Strong starting pitching. Fluid standings. It was just another day in the West Catholic Athletic League as Mitty beat No. 1 St. Francis 2-1.

St. Francis-Mountain View scored its lone run in the top of the seventh to force extra innings, but Mitty eventually beat the top ranked Lancers 2-1 to create a three way tie in the WCAL at 5-2. Valley Christian is also 5-2 in league.
