USC lands 2018 four-star ATH

Marcus Johnson made his mark on the football field rather quickly at Augustus Hawkins HS. It wasn’t long before the recruiting world took notice.

Despite the fact that Johnson is in the class of 2018, rivals.com noticed his ability quickly and rated him as a Rivals250 four-star athlete. It also didn’t take long for USC to offer him a scholarship. The explosive 5-foot-10 and 165-pound prospect picked up a scholarship offer from the Trojans way back in the spring.

Now, months and months later, after USC won eight straight games and earned a Rose Bowl berth, Johnson decided to stay in Los Angeles and commit to the Trojans.
