Northwestern turned their eyes to the West Coast and offered 2026 Bakersfield (Calif.) Liberty offensive tackle Quinn Buckey on March 1.

"It was pretty exciting," Buckey said. "They're a Big Ten school so it's pretty exciting to have an offer from them."
